ในบ้านเมืองนั้น มีทั้งคนดีและคนไม่ดี ไม่มีใครจะทำให้คนทุกคนเป็นคนดีได้ทั้งหมด การทำให้บ้านเมืองมีความปกติสุขเรียบร้อย จึงมิใช่การทำให้ทุกคนเป็นคนดี หากแต่อยู่ที่การส่งเสริมคนดี ให้คนดีได้ปกครองบ้านเมือง และควบคุมคนไม่ดีไม่ให้มีอำนาจ ไม่ให้ก่อความเดือดร้อนวุ่นวายได้

คนไร้การศึกษา ไม่ได้หมายถึงคนที่ไม่ได้เข้าสู่ระบบการศึกษา แต่หมายถึงคนที่อยู่ในระบบการศึกษา ดิ้นรนให้ได้มาเพียงคุณวุฒิการศึกษา ไม่ได้เรียนรู้ที่จะพัฒนาตนเอง

การเรียนรู้เป็นผลจากการฟังหรืออ่านแล้วคิดวิเคราะห์ ไม่ได้เป็นผลจากการดูแล้วคัดลอก แต่ผลการเรียน ซึ่งวัดจากคะแนน อาจเป็นผลจากการเรียนรู้หรือจากการดูแล้วคัดลอกก็ได้

มีความเชื่อว่า มนุษย์โดยทั่วไปใช้งานสมองเพียงร้อยละสิบของความจุสมอง ดังนั้น ถ้าเราไม่ได้ทำอะไร หรือทำอะไรไม่ได้ อาจไม่ใช่เพราะเราไม่มีสมอง หากแต่เป็นเพราะเราไม่ใช้สมอง

แท้จริงแล้ว คนเราอาจไม่ได้ต้องการเงินทอง อำนาจ หรือเกียรติยศ แต่เราต้องการความรักและความหวัง "ความรัก" บอกเราว่ามีชีวิตอยู่เพื่อใคร "ความหวัง" บอกเราว่ามีชีวิตอยู่เพื่ออะไร

แรงดันและกระแสเป็นเฟสเซอร์ของระบบไฟฟ้ากระแสสลับ ความยุติธรรมเป็นเฟสเซอร์ของชีวิต เพราะเป็นสิ่งที่เปลี่ยนแปลงตามเวลาและสถานที่ บางครั้งก็มีค่าเป็นศูนย์

การบริหารที่ยึดตามนโยบายและระเบียบ ย่อมนำไปสู่การใช้อำนาจอย่างพร่ำพรื่อ การผลิตเอกสารที่มากมายก่ายกอง โดยปราศจากความสำเร็จ และอาจเกิดปัญหาตามมา แต่หากพิจารณาถึงความยืดหยุ่น (Flexibility) และความคล่องตัว (Agility) ด้วยแล้ว การทำงานทั้งหลายก็จะผ่านพ้นไปด้วยดี ฟื้นตัว (Resiliency) ได้อย่างรวดเร็วจากภาวะวิกฤต
